New Brighton home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in New Brighton fell by $65,100 while total sales decreased by 37%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 24.6% decrease over the $265,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in New Brighton in April 2017.
