New Brighton home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in New Brighton rose by $36,850 while total sales increased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,600 - a 16.8% increase over the $218,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in New Brighton in May 2017.
