Mounds View home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Mounds View fell by $13,043 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 5.2% decrease over the $253,043 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mounds View in May 2017.
