Little Canada home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Little Canada rose by $22,100 while total sales increased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 12.4% increase over the $177,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Little Canada in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for 2018 was $2,730. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,374. This marks an increase of 15%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.4%.
