St. Anthony (Ramsey County) home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in St. Anthony in Ramsey County rose by $45,450 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $269,950 - a 20.2% increase over the $224,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in St. Anthony in June 2017.
