Little Canada home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Little Canada fell by $14,350 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,900 - a 5.6% decrease over the $254,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Little Canada in June 2017.
