The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Pine Springs fell by $37,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $601,000 - a 5.9% decrease over the $638,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pine Springs in the first quarter of 2021, as well.
