The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Stillwater in Washington County rose by $750 while total sales increased by 11.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 0.2% increase over the $389,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Stillwater in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Stillwater for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,626, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
