Median home prices in Woodbury rose to $375,000 in the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Woodbury rose by $40,100 while total sales decreased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 160 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 12% increase over the $334,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 167 homes sold in Woodbury in the first quarter of 2021.
