Pricing for the median home in Ramsey increased during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Ramsey rose by $18,900 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $301,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Ramsey in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Ramsey for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,827, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
