Pricing for the median home in North St. Paul increased during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in North St. Paul rose by $77,500 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 31.3% increase over the $247,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in North St. Paul in February 2021.
