Home prices increased in North St. Paul during January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in North St. Paul rose by $44,500 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,000 - a 18.4% increase over the $242,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in North St. Paul in January 2021.

The median sales tax in North St. Paul for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,756, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for January 2022.
