Rising home prices in Shakopee in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Shakopee rose by $38,500 while total sales increased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 662 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 14.2% increase over the $271,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 563 homes sold in Shakopee in 2020.
