Home prices decreased in New Prague during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in New Prague fell by $31,500 while total sales increased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 10.4% decrease over the $301,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in New Prague in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in New Prague for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,022, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
