City of Adrian issued the following announcement on Jan. 14.
Creating a consistent (every time with every customer) WhizBang! Customer experience is your number one competitive advantage. But this experience doesn't magically happen. It is created by applying a set of fundamental principles to everything you do that touches your customers. In this program, you will learn how to apply the "Customer Service Pyramid" to your business to ensure that your customers get experience they deserve while they are in your store.
90 minute workshop- $75 per person, $25 for each additional person from the same company with a workshop minimum charge of $250 plus mileage.
