New Hope home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in New Hope rose by $29,835 while total sales decreased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,835 - a 16.1% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in New Hope in January 2016.

The median sales tax in New Hope for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,986, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for January 2017.
