The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) Paid Leave Division is organizing a series of monthly webinars to explain the main aspects of the state's Paid Family and Medical Leave program. The sessions will address topics such as eligibility, employer responsibilities, and resources available for employers. DEED staff will also respond to questions about how the program may affect both employers and employees.

The next webinar in this series is set for Thursday, August 14, 2025, from noon to 1 p.m. Central Time. Those interested can register through DEED’s registration page at https://mn.gov/deed/programs-services/paid-leave/events/.

The webinars are scheduled each month from August through November 2025. A full list of upcoming public engagement events and recordings of previous sessions are available on DEED’s website at https://mn.gov/deed/programs-services/paid-leave/events/. Registration links for future events will be provided as they become available.

According to DEED, "This webinar series is hosted exclusively by DEED and those who are interested must register through DEED’s registration page."
