Nfib Minnesota reviews legislative session impacts on small businesses

On July 9, the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) Minnesota hosted a webinar to review the 2025 Minnesota legislative session. NFIB State Director Jon Boesche provided an overview of key legislation, accomplishments, and upcoming requirements for small business owners in Minnesota, including the 20-week Paid Family Medical Leave program.

Dylan Rosnick, NFIB Principal of Federal Government Relations, offered updates on the status of the Small Business Deduction in Congress and efforts to repeal Beneficial Ownership reporting requirements.
