Victoria median home prices rose by 23.3% in the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Victoria rose by $120,100 while total sales decreased by 24%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $635,000 - a 23.3% increase over the $514,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Victoria in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Victoria for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,260, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
