Home prices increased in Castle Rock during the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Castle Rock rose by $46,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $411,000 - a 12.6% increase over the $365,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Castle Rock in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Castle Rock for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,203, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
