Pricing for the median home in Chanhassen (Carver County) decreased during the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Chanhassen in Carver County fell by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.
