Pricing for the median home in New Prague decreased during the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in New Prague fell by $43,000 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 13.3% decrease over the $323,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in New Prague in the first quarter of 2021.
