Home prices increased in Chaska during the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Chaska rose by $11,050 while total sales increased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 3.8% increase over the $288,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Chaska in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Chaska for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,272, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
