The first quarter of 2022: Arden Hills experienced a 24.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Arden Hills rose by $86,500 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $434,500 - a 24.9% increase over the $348,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Arden Hills in the first quarter of 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Arden Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,612, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
