The first quarter of 2022: Home prices in Circle Pines increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Circle Pines rose by $10,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $267,000 - a 4.1% increase over the $256,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Circle Pines in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Circle Pines for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,031, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
