Randolph median home prices fell by 27.4% in the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Randolph fell by $89,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,000 - a 27.4% decrease over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Randolph in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Randolph for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $2,246, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
