Falling home prices in St. Francis in the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in St. Francis fell by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 2.3% decrease over the $261,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in St. Francis in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in St. Francis for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,401, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
