North St. Paul median home prices rose by 21.2% in the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in North St. Paul rose by $52,500 while total sales decreased by 25.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 21.2% increase over the $247,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in North St. Paul in the first quarter of 2021.
