The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in St. Paul rose by $16,750 while total sales increased by 0.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 704 homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,750 - a 7.1% increase over the $236,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 698 homes sold in St. Paul in the first quarter of 2021.
