Victoria median home prices rose by 16.2% in March 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2022 in Victoria rose by $85,000 while total sales decreased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2022, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $610,000 - a 16.2% increase over the $525,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Victoria in March 2021.

The median sales tax in Victoria for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,260, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for March 2022.
