March 2022: Shakopee experienced a 25.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2022 in Shakopee rose by $68,000 while total sales decreased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2022, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $333,000 - a 25.7% increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Shakopee in March 2021.

The median sales tax in Shakopee for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,086, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for March 2022.
