Falling home prices in Columbus in March 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2022 in Columbus fell by $38,150 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $367,500 - a 9.4% decrease over the $405,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Columbus in March 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Columbus for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,826, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for March 2022.
