Home prices increased in Shakopee during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Shakopee rose by $105,000 while total sales decreased by 26.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $372,500 - a 39.3% increase over the $267,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Shakopee in February 2021.
