City of Adams issued the following announcement on Oct. 28.
It is up to the discretion of the parents and homeowners. If you feel it's safe to take your kids out to go trick or treating or to hand out candy, feel free to do so. We just ask that you only go to houses with their lights on and social distance. Trick or Treating will be the same time as it has been in the past with starting at 5PM.
