Spring Lake Park (Anoka County) home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Spring Lake Park in Anoka County fell by $18,600 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,900 - a 8.5% decrease over the $218,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Spring Lake Park in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Spring Lake Park for 2019 was $2,641. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,389. This marks an increase of 10.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
