Cologne home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Cologne rose by $65,450 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,350 - a 48.9% increase over the $133,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Cologne in February 2017.
