The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in White Bear Lake in Ramsey County rose by $16,800 while total sales decreased by 1.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,000 – a 8.6% increase over the $196,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in White Bear Lake in the first quarter of 2016.
