During 2025, Minnesota saw 210 FDA inspections conducted at 173 companies operating within the food and cosmetics industries, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

These inspections represented the highest count by the FDA for any company type in Minnesota, accounting for 56.8% of all inspections in the state that year.

Among Minnesota’s food and cosmetics firms, Eniva USA, Inc. received the greatest number of FDA citations in 2025.

The FDA routinely inspects facilities across the nation to determine if the workplace and their products are compliant with FDA-regulated laws and regulations implemented to improve overall public health. Inspection results are then disclosed publicly.
