The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) has announced its endorsement of Joe Teirab for the United States House of Representatives in Minnesota's 2nd Congressional District. NFIB, known as a prominent small business advocacy group, expressed strong support for Teirab's candidacy.

"Joe Teirab will be a champion for small business in Congress," stated John Reynolds, NFIB Minnesota State Director. Reynolds highlighted Teirab's background as a military veteran and former prosecutor, emphasizing his dedication to public service and commitment to fostering prosperity for Main Street businesses.

Teirab expressed gratitude for the endorsement from NFIB. "We need a change in leadership in our district and a return to commonsense, pro-Main Street policies," he said. He stressed the challenges faced by job creators due to the current economic environment and pledged to advocate for small and independent businesses if elected.

Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director, echoed these sentiments. "Joe Teirab understands the importance of a strong economy and standing up for pro-small business policy," she remarked. She voiced confidence that Teirab would prioritize issues pertinent to small businesses in Congress.

The endorsement was issued by NFIB FedPAC, which is funded through voluntary contributions from NFIB members beyond their regular dues. The decisions made by this political action committee are guided by grassroots evaluations from its members.
