Northfield home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Northfield rose by $50,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 14.9% increase over the $335,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Northfield in April 2019, as well.
