Apple Valley home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Apple Valley rose by $11,400 while total sales decreased by 33.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,400 - a 4.9% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Apple Valley in April 2019.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,844, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
