Randolph home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Randolph fell by $199,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $233,000 - a 46.1% decrease over the $432,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Randolph in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Randolph for 2019 was $2,253. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,000. This marks an increase of 12.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
