Plymouth home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Plymouth rose by $55,050 while total sales increased by 8.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 128 homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,500 - a 15.8% increase over the $347,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 118 homes sold in Plymouth in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Plymouth for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,046, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
