Mayer home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Mayer rose by $62,100 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,000 - a 29.6% increase over the $209,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mayer in October 2016, as well.
