On February 18, 2025, Rep. Omar addressed concerns regarding federal funding cuts to Head Start programs initiated by Donald Trump. She shared her visit to the PICA Head Start Training Center in Minneapolis where she engaged with educators about the impact of these cuts. “Donald Trump shut off funding for dozens of Head Start programs across the country.”
The following day, February 19, 2025, Rep.
