The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Minnetonka rose by $16,620 while total sales decreased by 6.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 144 homes sold, with a median sale price of $326,120 – a 5.4% increase over the $309,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in Minnetonka in the first quarter of 2016.
