The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) is bringing the Minnesota Pavilion back to Las Vegas for the 2025 Winter Fancy Food Show, scheduled from January 19 to 21. Six local food and beverage businesses will be featured at the event, supported by the MDA’s Make it Minnesota Program. This initiative aims to showcase Minnesota’s offerings to a global audience.

The MDA provides support to Minnesota-based food and beverage companies seeking to expand their market reach. This includes discounted booth space, promotional activities, and logistical assistance during trade shows. The Make it Minnesota Program focuses on encouraging food manufacturing within the state, increasing the use of local agricultural ingredients, creating jobs, and promoting economic development in the agriculture and food sectors.

The brands participating in this year’s pavilion include Mixly Cocktail Co., Von Hanson’s Snacks, Riff’s Smokehouse, Maud Borup, Maazah, and Peace Coffee. Each company offers a range of products from cocktail mixers and snacks to sauces and organic coffee.

Johnna Rossbach, Founder/President of Mixly Cocktail Co., expressed enthusiasm about the event: “The Winter Fancy Food Show is a great place to connect with our major retail partners and meet new regional retailers and distributors in the specialty food trade.”

Organized by the Specialty Food Association, the Winter Fancy Food Show serves as a platform for specialty food makers to present their latest products while buyers seek out potential bestsellers. The show brings together thousands of artisans, entrepreneurs, distributors, retailers, purveyors, and importers for three days dedicated to sampling, networking, and education aimed at fostering growth in specialty food businesses.
