The Minnesota Department of Agriculture is seeking proposals for the 2026 Minnesota Organic Conference. The event will take place on January 8-9, 2026, at the River’s Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud, MN.

This conference aims to bring together a diverse group of individuals involved in organic agriculture, including farmers at all levels of experience, educators, researchers, and advocates. It provides an opportunity for participants to connect and share knowledge.

Proposals are being accepted for breakout sessions, panel discussions, and keynote speakers. Interested parties can submit their ideas through an online form until June 13, 2025. A planning committee will evaluate all submissions to curate a lineup that addresses the needs of various types and sizes of farms. Those selected to present will receive complimentary registration for the conference, travel reimbursement, and potentially a speaking honorarium.

Details about trade show exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities will be made available in late August. The complete program for the conference is expected to be released later this fall. Individuals interested in updates regarding exhibitors, sponsors, or the program can sign up for notifications.
