The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Hopkins rose by $13,425 while total sales increased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,625 – a 5.9% increase over the $228,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Hopkins in the first quarter of 2016.
