FOIA Request to Winona County Sheriff’s Office regarding monthly arrest report and mugshots on June 25, 2025.

On June 25, 2025, a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was submitted to the Winona County Sheriff’s Office by Minnesota State Wire. The request seeks access to all arrest reports and associated photos or mugshots from the beginning of the month until the end of the month. This request is made under the Minnesota Data Practices Act § 13.01 et seq., with a preference for receiving the information in electronic format.
